Simple Return Policy

Return any Canadian order, any time. No questions asked.

If you need to send back a record that has been damaged in transit, or a sealed record that was damaged when you opened it, we will send you a return label. You have to wait until we get the record back to refund you.

Detailed Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility:

Product Type: Any vinyl purchase can be returned. That includes:

  • LPs
  • 45s
  • 12" singles

New or used. You can't return the coffee you bought last week.

Timeframe: There's no ceiling on returns. Please just keep a record of your purchase (zing!) and don't take advantage of a small business that is trying to do the right thing, Santa will also put you on the naughty list.

Distance: If your purchase was shipped to you within Canada we will send you a return label. You're responsible for boxing it to send back to us. When the return arrives we will refund your purchase.

  • International orders
    • We do not accept returns on International orders

Condition: If you bought something and your five-year-old wrecked it we won't take it back. Big conglomerates can afford that policy. We can't.

Refunds for International Shipments

  • We cannot accept returns on orders that are outside of Canada
  • If your package is lost in transit we will refund you after 30 days of it being lost. Packages do often find their way to their destination. Reach out to us if you think your package is lost.

Returning Items:

All Canadian returns will be sent a return label that can be dropped at any Canada Post office

Packaging: Please pack returns carefully. Preferably in the same box they arrived in.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
  • Processing Time: Returns will be processed with 48 hours.
  • Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees. We hate those, too.

More About Refunds

  • In-store refunds are applied immediately.
  • Returned items will be refunded within two business days.
  • Items ordered online can be returned in-store, if preferred.

Damaged and defective Items are treated like other returns and refunded the same way
