We ship meticulously in carefully packed, high quality LP mailers with protected corner 'bumpers' for long journeys. No pizza boxes. We ship records like we want to receive them. 

Orders ship within 48 hours. If it's a really big order -- dozens of records -- it can take a few days to corral them all. It's always the cheapest record that takes longest to find.

A tracking link is provided for all orders.

Please note that we don't track orders closely once they leave us - there are simply too many of them - so buyers should keep an eye on their movements via the provided tracking link. 

If a shipment appears 'stuck' please reach out and we will contact the shipper 

We strongly recommend that buyers include a phone number for shipped orders.  Couriers increasingly use this number for automated texts that notify you of your shipping windown.

Canadian Shipping

Canadian buyers with PO Box addresses and condo numbers are shipped via Canada Post. Most other shipping is via small courier for faster delivery. Canada Post can be requested by leaving a note at checkout. 

United States Shipping

Tariffs:

US Customs expects Proof of Origin Country for all records, along with the place of manufacture. For some pressings this will be impossible. For European pressings it will mean duties of 15-35%, despite the exemption "for informational materials". In these cases any orders will be canceled. Most Canadian and US-origin records will ship without issue, though an extra day or two at the border should be expected. 

The most common shipment to the United States is via USPS Media Mail.  This is a  fast and affordable option. Larger orders may ship via USPS Ground or UPS Select 

Expedited shipping options via courier (UPS / Fedex) are also available.  Generally speaking, they are not worth the extra $$$ 

United Kingdom Shipping

Shipping to the United Kingdom is via PostNL / Royal Mail and generally takes 7-10 days to arrive. 

All orders over $100 ship free to Canada, the US and the UK
